We're strictly out-of-network with all insurances — by design. Here's exactly how we make reimbursement work for you, painlessly.

How it works

You have insurance.
We have a better way
to use it.

All of our patients have insurance — but most choose to pay out of pocket here rather than accept the low-quality, rushed treatment most in-network clinics are forced into.

If you'd like to recoup costs, you have two options for out-of-network reimbursement: submit a superbill the traditional way, or let us file your claims through Reimbursify on your behalf.

Either path works. The Reimbursify path is faster, less paperwork, and — for our patients — completely free.

Option 01
Superbill
The traditional route

We email you a detailed superbill for your appointment(s). You submit it to your insurance the old-fashioned way and they reimburse you directly. No third-party tools, no extra steps.

Email us your name and the appointment dates you'd like billed. Submit all at once or one at a time after each visit — your call.

Option 02
Reimbursify
The easy route · we recommend this

We file your out-of-network claims for you through our Pro account. Faster turnarounds, less paperwork, and you can track everything from one app. You'll need to sign up first (see below — it's quick).

Once enrolled, just email us your name and the appointment dates and we'll handle the submissions on your behalf.

Email us for an invite

Send a quick note to info@balancedbeast.com from the email you'd like to use for Reimbursify. We'll send the official invite from our Pro account so the free access is attached to your profile.

Click the link in the invite email

Open the invite and follow the link to create your account. Use the same email address the invite was sent to — that's what links your account to our clinic's free Pro plan.

Enter your insurance information

Fill out your insurance details so claims can be routed correctly. This is the only setup step that takes more than a minute, and you only do it once.

Stop at "File your first claim"

You'll land on a home screen with a big "File your first claim" button. Ignore it. You don't submit anything yourself — we do it from our side.

Tell us which appointments to submit

Text or email us the appointment dates you'd like reimbursed — all at once or one at a time. We'll file the claims and you'll get notified through Reimbursify when they pay out.

The fine print

Insurance verification does not guarantee coverage but can be used as a guideline. Balanced Beast Physical Therapy does not guarantee insurance reimbursements. Balanced Beast Physical Therapy is strictly out-of-network with all insurances to maintain a high quality of care without the influence of insurance — this is how we get patients pain-free and to their goals quicker, more consistently, and with overall lower costs than utilizing an in-network practice through insurance.
