How it works

All of our patients do have insurance, but most choose to pay out of pocket for our service as opposed to getting low quality treatment through their insurance. Some choose to submit claims to their insurance to get out of network reimbursements. Our clinic pays monthly for the highest tier “pro” version of Reimbursify to get you the best possible experience with insurance reimbursements. Typically it costs the patient money, but as a patient at Balanced Beast, you get access for free. You may also just request a superbill and submit the old fashion way.

How to get Reimbursed through Superbill

Email info@balancedbeast.com with your name and your appointment dates that you’d like to submit reimbursements for. You are welcome to submit all at once or one at a time after each appointment. Click the “Request Superbill” Button above to do this automatically.

How to get Reimbursed through Reimbursify

How to Sign Up For Reimbursify

For free access to Reimbursify, you need us to invite you and for you to sign up using the same email that we sent the invite to. Click the link in the email invite, input your insurance information, and, once you reach the home page that says “file your first claim”, ignore that button. You do not need to submit anything, you are already done. Just shoot us a text or email (or click the button above) listing the appointments you want us to submit for you. Balanced Beast Physical Therapy is strictly out network with all insurances to maintain high quality level of care without the influence of insurance. This is the way we are able to get people pain free and reach their goals quicker, more consistently, and with overall less costs compared to utilizing an in network practice through insurance.
