How it works

All of our patients do have insurance, but most choose to pay out of pocket for our service as opposed to getting low quality treatment through their insurance. Some choose to submit claims to their insurance to get out of network reimbursements. Our clinic pays monthly for the highest tier “pro” version of Reimbursify to get you the best possible experience with insurance reimbursements. Typically it costs the patient money, but as a patient at Balanced Beast, you get access for free. You may also just request a superbill and submit the old fashion way.

How to get Reimbursed through Superbill

Email mark@balancedbeast.com with your name and your appointment dates that you’d like to submit reimbursements for. You are welcome to submit all at once or one at a time after each appointment. Click the “Request Superbill” Button above to do this automatically.

Your insurance verification does not guarantee coverage, but can be used as a guideline. Balanced Beast Physical Therapy does not guarantee Insurance reimbursements. Balanced Beast Physical Therapy is strictly out network with all insurances to maintain high quality level of care without the influence of insurance. This is the way we are able to get people pain free and reach their goals quicker, more consistently, and with overall less costs compared to utilizing an in network practice through insurance.
